Vicky and I moved to Ko Olina to follow a desire to live the live we imagined. We moved to a wonderful boat named Destiny at the Ko Olina marina and fell in love with Ko Olina. Since then we’ve been able to develop a property management and real estate office and we are looking forward to the future.
We believe that a REALTOR is an advocate of their clients and we do our best to add value through knowledge, expertise, preparation and a planned approach. We assist our clients with proactive representation and productive negotiations and transactional management in the form of inspections, research and attention to details.
Services for sellers
Ko Olina is a market place who’s market has a large Distressed property component and I have been involved with Bank Owned sales, short sales, auctions and traditional sales and am a Certified Distress Property Expert (CPDE) which involves both training in an Organization that is dedicated to working with homeowners who require additional assistance due to our everchanging market.
Our office uses a broad based internet marketing strategy to market our real estate listings as well as our properties that we manage for rental. With the new office is a new website and we’re excited about some of the additions we were able to add.
Most likely, you’re just wondering what the current state of the market is and I’d love to have you say hello and I’ll do my best to answer any questions you have. It’s an interesting market and everchanging.
Services for buyers and investors
Our office manages furnished, unfurnished, short term, long term and 7 night vacation rentals. Many of the properties we manage are the result of a client purchasing an investment property and asking us to provide the management services. As a buyer, I think your greatest asset is information and we are pretty up to the moment on the doings in Ko Olina 🙂 . We use the MLS system to keep you informed or if you just want an updated valuation, let us know and we’ll send you one out.

I’ve been a REALTOR for over 20 years now and during my career I have been licensed in Colorado, Kansas and Hawaii. During my career, I have been personally involved in over 1,500 transactions and take a lot of enjoyment in the experiences of those transactions.
RN Guest Services Coordinator
Vicky Spanier spent her past life as a Registered Nurse making sure everything was just the way it’s supposed to be. She takes that same attention to detail in her new role as our Guest Services Coordinator and takes the job most seriously. She will be your primary contact once your vacation is booked to check in with you and arrange for your arrival, bed configurations, strollers, high chairs and all those other questions that come up. I like her so much I married her 35 years ago and we look forward to helping you have a wonderful visit.
