Beach Tower 1002 is a premium villa with exceptional privacy and views. One of only 3 villas on the 10th floor of the Beach Tower and the only pool facing villa on the 10th floor of the Beach Tower, creates a sense of privacy with outstanding ocean and lagoon views. With it’s 3 bedroom / 3 bath floor plan there are 2 ensuite bedrooms with private baths, 1 is the master bedroom with a king sized bed and private access to the lanai, which is attached to the main lanai. The 2nd ensuite has your choice of 2 twin beds or a conversion to 1 king bed with an additional king topper to complete the covnersion. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a 3 quarter bath directly off it’s doorway. This place is great for groups traveling together, that want their own privacy.

For that special occasion or Once in a Lifetime Trip, consider this villa as the place to spend it. Parking for up to 2 cars is included, full compliment of snorkels, fins, masks, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and ice chest are all located in the villa. This villa has the options of adding additional arrival amenites, please contact us for pricing and how to make arrangements. These amenities would include, online ordering of groceries, assistance with diving, fishing, or customized tours through recommended suppliers.

For special occasions we have honeymoon/anniversary and birthday packages for arrival upon request. Please contact us for additional information.

For all of our guests we will assist you prior to your arrival to make sure your individual requests, including baby items (high chair, stroller, pack n plays w/ sheets avail. upon request at no additional charge), additional linen for sofa beds, and additional bedding etc. At your time of arrival we will personally greet you and assist you with the registration/check in process, as well as luggage and parking. We include orientation to the property and to the individual villa as well as easy access to assistance during your stay.

Priced comparably to a single hotel room with ocean views, Hale Nalani will give you so much more than a hotel room. All of the villas at the Ko Olina Beach Villa require a minimum 6 night stay. Prices and availability vary based on dates and calendar. There is a one time check in/cleaning fee of $465.00 for each stay and 14.96 % in combined GET & TAT state taxes.

 

Disclaimer- Ko Olina has been an active market and will be experiencing additional development in the coming years. Although specific dates are yet to be released, please note that between now & 2023 adjacent sites to the Ko Olina Beach Villas may be undergoing significant development and construction. There is the potential of construction for new hotels on the two parcels of land immediately adjacent to the Ko Olina Beach Villas. Traditionally, construction times have run from M-F from 7:30AM-5PM. However, access to the Ko Olina lagoons should remain unaffected. Please feel free to contact our office for construction updates.
