Hale Kahakai ~ Beach House, is one of our 3 Bedroom 3 Bath properties and our only 3 BR in the Beach Tower.  Beach Tower 307 has a 2nd suited Bedroom w/private bath, 3rd BR with full hall bath and a queen sized hideabed in the living room to comfortably accommodate the maximum occupancy of  8 guests. This a great way to enjoy the best that Ko Olina has to offer with a front row seat on the 2nd lagoon at Ko Olina in the comfort of a tranquil 1,500 sq foot fully furnished residential condominium.

This peaceful villa has been lovingly decorated with the decor hand picked by the local owner showing her love of the blues and greens of Hawaii. You’ll feel refreshed after a week or two in the serenity of this calming setting.

Ko Olina Resort and Marina also has a wide range of activities located within the resort including the Ko Olina Golf Course, Ko Olina Marina, 5 Star dining, shopping, walking trails, fishing and whale watching charters (Nov-March), 4 protected lagoons with a 1 1/2 mile walkway. We are less than 3 miles from Kapolei with shopping including Costco, Target, movie theaters, Safeway and 100’s of other merchants.

Although specific dates are yet to be released, please note that between now & 2023 adjacent sites to the Ko Olina Beach Villas may be undergoing significant development and construction. There is the potential of construction for new hotels on the two parcels of land immediately adjacent to the Ko Olina Beach Villas. Traditionally, construction times have run from M-F from 7:30AM-5PM. However, access to the Ko Olina lagoons should remain unaffected. Please feel free to contact our office for construction updates.
