This 3 Bedroom & 2 Bath home in Kai Lani at Ko Olina Resort is a ground floor property with a little over 1,300 square feet. Ko Olina Resort and Marina is located about 20 miles west of the airport and is the home to the Marriott Ihilani, the Marriott Beach Club, the Ko Olina Marina and the Ko Olina Golf Course as well as a brand new Disney Resort known as the Aulani which just opened in August 2011. Kai Lani is the only residential neighborhood in Ko Olina that is a low density development and is adjacent to Preservation property that meanders to the ocean and a small beach. It is a lovely place to spend some time. This property has a partial ocean view and is a short walk to the aforementioned beach. Kai Lani has it’s own pool, spa and clubhouse complete with BBQ’s and tables and chairs. Fully furnished including cable, internet, WiFi and all utilities. All you will need are clothes in the closet and you will feel right at home. Ko Olina Resort and Marina is a very special place with 4 protected lagoons, miles of walking paths and is one of those places where its a agreat place to be active or a nice place to just relax and recharge.
Currently available beginning March 15th, 2014. Based on availability, the property is available with 30 day minimum stays or long term arrangements. The lease includes a paid membership to the Ko Olina Sports Club with a small initial membership charge for each of the ID’s should you elect to use it. This includes 2 tennis courts (with night lights) a fitness center, discounts throughout the resort including GOLF at the Ko Olina Golf Course, restaurants in the resort and excursion activities. The Sports Club is becoming a very important part of the Ko Olina Community and provides residents with many benefits.
Depending on the term of the rental, monthly rent will include applicable taxes or 4.5% (GET) and some combination of utilities. Based on availability, leases of less than 6 months are also available and would include an additional 1 time exit cleaning fee and an additional Transient Accomodations Tax of 9.25% in addition to the GET tax. There is a minimum 30 day stay and in those cases, we provide an inclusive price which includes utilities, internet, cable, exit cleaning, parking and all applicable taxes.

This property has a 30 day minimum rental and is available for extended stays as occupancy permits. Property is currently available from Sept 1st, 2013 for $5,900 plus taxes of 13.96% and a one time cleaning fee of $350 for a 30 day occupancy. For extended rates of 6 months or longer, we are currently able to offer this for reduced rates depending upon the seasonal times with 13.96% taxes on stays of 30 to 180 nights or 4.71% GET on stays of more than 180 nights. Additional fees would be for electricity and an exit cleaning fee of $350. Send me a note and I’ll let you know what we have. $1,000 refundable security deposit is required with a short term reservation and a deposit equal to one month’s rent is required on the longer term occupancies which are based on availability.
