Although specific dates are yet to be released, please note that between now & 2023 adjacent sites to the Ko Olina Beach Villas may be undergoing significant development and construction. There is the potential of construction for new hotels on the two parcels of land immediately adjacent to the Ko Olina Beach Villas.
