Hale Nohea ~ Lovely House, OT 621 is one of our 3 Bedroom 3 Bath properties that can also be sized down to accommodate a smaller party that only needs 2 Bedrooms. It’s great for the guests who know they’ll need 2 Bedrooms and need to be able to expand in case someone else joins them. Sleep up to 4 with the 2 Bedroom option or we will allow up to 8 guests in the 3 Bedroom option with the 3rd bedroom / 3rd bath and queen sized hideabed in the living room for the extra guests.
Ko Olina Resort and Marina also has a wide range of activities located within the resort including the Ko Olina Golf Course, Ko Olina Marina, 5 Star dining, shopping, walking trails, fishing and whale watching charters, 4 protected lagoons and is only 3 miles from Kapolei with shopping including Costco, Target, movie theaters, Safeway and 100’s of other merchants.<br.

Priced comparably to a single hotel room with ocean views, Hale Nalani will give you so much more than a hotel room. All of the villas at the Ko Olina Beach Villa require a minimum 6 night stay. Prices and availability vary based on dates and calendar. There is a one time check in/cleaning fee of $465 for each stay and 13.96 % in combined GET & TAT state taxes.
Disclaimer- Ko Olina has been an active market and will be experiencing additional development in the coming years. Although specific dates are yet to be released, please note that between now & 2023 adjacent sites to the Ko Olina Beach Villas may be undergoing significant development and construction. There is the potential of construction for new hotels on the two parcels of land immediately adjacent to the Ko Olina Beach Villas.
